My thoughts on financies

 Hi friend,

It's a known fact that money makes the world go round. All our activities revolve around money.

As a child, we learnt to use money to buy stuffs such as biscuits, sweets etc. Those where our major needs then.

Growing up out needs began to evolve, from just biscuits to bigger things like cars, house, important bills like electricity etc. While we still take our biscuits and now with coffee etc, or even go dining or drinking at favorite restaurant with friends and loved ones

We have realized that while before we could rely on folks to provide the cookies, as adults we are mostly left to cater for ourselves.

Even though our bosses and even parents do give assurance rhrouth paychecks, gifts and many rewards.

The job changes and family income changes makes us develop a sensory capacity to project our needs and find away to meet them.

So some basic tips stand out. From wisdom from many advisors garnered from books such as

 1. Richest Man in Babylon

2. Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill

3. Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki

4. The Millionaire Next Door by Thomas Stanley

Those are the ones I remember now.

Without mentioning any one in particular, the lessons I got from them all are basically.

1. Pay Yourself First: Save and Invest as a priority. As job loss are a common place and family income experience rapid changes.

It's quite important to save and invest a portion of your income consistently.

While savings is a good idea, having a portion of your income going to investments is a wise choice especially as inflation rate is higher than savings interest rate. Investment options abound: stocks, real estate etc

Surefinc.com allows purchase of stocks from your digital devices

2. Acquire More Skills: This opens you up to developing more income sources.

3. Network massively: the more people you know the more potential clients or customers to present your products or talent to for reward.

4. Buy Asset not Liabilities: Assets put money in your pockets and liabilities take it out

Ignore the Joneses don't try to meet up with latest clothes, devices or even consumption. Be strategic.
